Sheerah. I rec'd it and LOVE it! I called and spoke w/ Tracey ( I believe that's her name) yesterday as soon as I got home. I let her know that I love the ring. The things I was worried about aren't even close to an issue. 1.) "J" Color - It faces up completely white and every other angle. 2.) 2.8mm band. I wanted to go with a thinner band but it is very nice and delicate. I will definetly recommend WF to family, friends, etc.

Katie, The diamond is amazing. I can't wait to pick it up from my jeweler in its custom setting. Looking at it, it was near impossible for me to see the crystal! I am so happy with it, way happier than any diamond my jeweler showed me! Thank you so much!

Vera and Katie, Thank you for following up. Sorry I did not get in touch sooner but things got busy fast. Overall my fiance and I are very pleased with how the engagement ring came out. I am 100% satisfied with the ring and the process getting there. It looks awesome and the custom design came out even better than I originally imagined. The whole team did an excellent job going from some basic pictures to a finished product. My fiance thinks it's the best ring ever and the praise from everyone around her hasn't stopped. The ACA diamond obviously looks great... it really does flash so much more than other cuts... I love it. The adjustment went well. We got a little nervous when we ran into the issues related to the hurricane but we certainly don't hold Whiteflash responsible for that. The re-sizing was spot on (the fit is now excellent) and the ruby addition is very cool. We both like it a lot. We have set a wedding date and are in the preliminary planning phase for a wedding band. I'll be in touch when we're ready to purchase. We'll probably have a design drawn up and have Leon match up the engraving etc. We're both very excited to get a matched set. My fiance's name is Jeniffer. I'm sure she would be more than happy to hear from anyone at Whiteflash regarding this or future purchases. Hey Sheerah, Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. The ring was beautiful, and the proposal went well! I mean, she said yes, so what more can I ask for? We've had a little issue with some marks on the gold of the ring, which I've been meaning to take some pictures of to send to y'all; would you be the right person to ask about that?
