His great grandmother's ring looks like new (and the stones were really nice after the cleaning), and the solitaire is perfect and big!;) Thank you so much for all of your help with this. Hi Jamie, Well I finally did it!!! I flew us down to Disney World for the day. She worked there for a year and is absolutely obsessed, so I told her I had to use my requesnt flyer miles before the end of the month or they would expire, and went down Saturday night. We spend all of Sunday, and then I had a private boat ride for the Magic Kingdoms fireworks show. I asked the Captain to take a picture of us, and then after that asked him to take one more, and proposed. She absolutely loves the ring, and couldnt be happier about the design. It is however a little bit big. Is getting it resized something that I can just have done local, or is it a really big process?

I’m really beyond pleased with the service provided by your company. It has exceeded my expectations and I will tell everyone who will listen to me all about Whiteflash! J Brian suggested another stone (and E in color) to me on the phone. I don’t really think that will be necessary. He wants to me to proceed with getting the stone mounted and then looking at it in real life. He said I won’t be held to the 10 day return and should contact you next week if I’m not happy with it. I don’t think that will be the case. I think once I get it in real lighting I will be in love! Thanks for your patience with this and with helping me get the stone so quickly. The diamond is so well cut I will never be happy with a regular store diamond again. EVER! It’s amazing.

Hi Jamie, I've received the diamond last friday. I am very pleased with the diamond. It is more beautiful than I had expected. Also, I've received the diamond much sooner than I was expecting to. I have to say I am more than pleased with my purchase and the services Whiteflash provided. Hello Sheerah, Sorry I've been out of touch. We've changed our phone service and just learned how to retrieved massages last week. hahha. The pendant was very beautiful. I really love the design and the diamond. The main stone was as beautiful as you said it would be. It compared to be as white as my more "higer grade" diamond. Moreover, it was fun viewing the diamond under the magnify equipment you sent. Unfortunately, the chain was a bit too thin for me. I purchased this as a daily use item. I was trying to take the pendant out and switch it to my slightly thicker chain but couldn't. The end of the chain was too big and the hole of the pendant was too small. My husband keeps jinxing me that the chain will break. I hope he will be wrong. That was the only negative thing of my purchase. Thank you for the follow up. And thank you for a wonderful service from you and your team. Unfortunatly with my recent addition to the family, I need to save some $. But, I will definitely keep your site in mind next time I'm looking for some sparkles. Hopefully sooner than later. Please keep me in mind if you guys have some really good sale though. :)

As for the ring, in came out absolutely perfect, I couldn't have been more please with the results. As I mentioned I was a bit nervous doing it online but I would now recomend anyone I talk to at least explore what is out there, and especially with your company.
