Lesley ~ I got the ring on Sat. Unfortunately they mounted it in the wrong head. However I took the ring for a couple days and returned it last night to be remounted correctly. I pick it up again on Friday. I LOVE the diamond though. It’s gorgeous in lighting outside of the store. My only regret is that I didn’t have WF mount the stone from the beginning. Thanks so much for your assistance and I will recommend WF to everyone I know! J

Hi Jamie & Lesley, My apologies for not writing to you sooner on my feedback about the ring - the ring, as soon as I opened the FedEx package, was astonishing! It was very beautiful, and I was confident that Sonia would adore it, as you had predicted. It was very well packaged and simply put, very sparkly and built with the utmost care in craftsmanship. I even used one of the independent appraisers in Denver, and he called it a "Smoking diamond" and found absolutely no issues with it. I have CC'd Sonia, who is now my fiancee, as of this past weekend so that you can get her reactions directly! I had been busy trying to organize the proposal, which was another reason for my delay for getting back to you with my feedback. I proposed to her this past weekend at the Plaza hotel in New York City. She absolutely loved the ring, and she can elaborate on her thoughts about it. I gave her the little accessories that came with the diamond (hearts & arrows viewer, the little brushes etc) as well when we got home. In summary, I am very very very happy with my purchase from Whiteflash, and we are very proud to have chosen Whiteflash as our vendor of choice for this important purchase. I have informed Sonia of the life-time trade-up warranty on our 'A Cut Above' diamond selection, so we will definitely keep it in mind, if we ever need to use it :) Thanks again for everything.

James, Vera and Whiteflash crew - I LOVE my ring, you guys did an amazing job! I was blown away this evening when I took the ring out of the box. I was in my car in the dark and the ring sparkled like crazy! My husband and I sat in the car outside of FedEx for about half and hour looking at the beautiful ring. Hello!!! My bf proposed to be over the weekend and the engagement ring is on my finger now. The ring is beautiful. All my friends and family are impressed with the quality and craftmanship of the ring. The rings look so much better in person than in the CAD renderings and pictures (which I just got, by the way). The diamond looks really big and sparkles brilliantly, and I can't really notice any yellowish tint at all. We are so happy. Thank you all for your help, patience and transforming our visions into reality.

Tracy, The rings is awesome, everyone I showed it to prior to proposing loved it. After proposing my Fiance cried, she loved the ring and said that it was beautiful. Do you have any recommendations on cleaning or taking care of the ring, it was in a platinum setting. I don't believe I found anything on your website.
