Juli, I apologize for the delay, it has been a rather hectic week, what with work/preparing for the holidays, etc. (though I'm sure you know all about that yourself). I did receive my package on December 2, no freak snowstorms encountered (not for another 4 days or so anyway). I really must say the ring is stunning, the diamond is everything I expected it to be, the workmanship is top-notch. The hard part now is holding onto it for the approximately one month before it gets introduced to its intended recipient.
I can't say enough good things about Whiteflash. The process was fast, astoundingly simple, and the end product dazzling, even for someone who bought all sight unseen (and for that matter, without so much as a phone call). I really would like to thank you personally, as well as everyone else at Whiteflash for making one of my biggest purchases to date also one of the easiest, and by far the best in quality. I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone and everyone in the market for jewelry that I come across; certainly I'll be a return customer when the time comes to order the wedding rings.

Hi Alan, Picked up the package yesterday without any problems. My compliments to you for such a great packing job. I opened one box to find a smaller one to then find a bubble pak... that was funny. Again, really appreciate the concern for keeping the package inside well protected.

Hello Vera, I apologize for not getting back sooner, but life has been busy. I would like to tell you that the custom ring was delivered on time and in beautiful shape. Seeing the ring in person is an entirely new experience. Also, seeing the ring on my (now) fiance's finger is even more amazing. I want to thank the Whiteflash crew for taking my initial sketch and making a beautiful, elegant and artistic ring. The entire experience of ordering the ring was phenomenal. Everyone who I interfaced with was very friendly and helpful. My fiance and I shared a very special moment on the night that I proposed and we will both never forget it. WOW !!! She cried and stared at the ring for over an hour before she could get herslef together. One of the best days, if not THE BEST day of my life.
You did good.
When the setting sun hit the diamond the whole diamond turned an amazing shade of blue. It was spectacular.

Hi Tracy, my name is Ryan H. My mom, Patty H., bought a 1.36 carat ideal cut ring from you a few weeks ago. I just wanted to let you know I proposed last night, and she said yes! From that moment, the madness has ensued. The diamond was set in a solitare trellis mounting, and it just looks incredible! We cannot get over the sparkle and brilliance. The women at her office today were absolutely floored by its brilliance. It reflects against the wall in the office...talk about a shine!

James, Thanks for inquiring about us. Sorry it has taken awhile to respond. Alison has made a full recovery from the broken fingers, but is losing 2 finger nails. Her left hand ring finger's nail is still quite bruised under the nail. I proposed on Nov. 14 during dinner at a lovely restaurant in the Joshua Wilton House in Harrisonburg , VA. She did not hestitate to say "yes". The waiter picked up on what was happening and had the chef write on the rim of the dessert plates, "Congratulations" in chocolate syrup. The ring is outstanding and she loves it, as does everyone who has seen it and commented on it. She keeps on saying to me that you did a great job steering me to the right diamond. Pass along to the setting guys that the diamond looks like it was made for that setting. I shared with Alison the dilema of the CZ being large and the prongs being rebuilt to accommodate the diamond and she said that no one could even tell.

hello traci, The ring was beautiful! Rose loved it very much ...and it was definitely a great (And satisfying) experience making my purchase through whitflash.
The customer services which i have recieved before , during and after my purchase was great!
That said, the box that came with it had abit of flaws. The back of the box had slight chip , The suede base of the box was already peeling off by the time it arrived in Melbourne. Any chance of getting a replacement for that?

The ring is absolutely gorgeous. Can you please thank the entire team for me because they have done such a great job? The only issue I have is the Whiteflash ring box came in slightly damaged and I would prefer to use that to the one that GoodOldGold provided. Is there any way that you could send a new ring box?
