Hi Jamie,
I haven't seen them yet but my mom picked them up last week and she said they are gorgeous! I'll have to wait until Wednesday night to get a peek but I'll make sure to let you know how Christine likes them. She's still getting compliments about her Whiteflash engagement ring so I doubt she'll be disappointed with the earrings!!
Thanks so much for your help =)

Hi, Bob. I received the diamond on Sunday, and it was a very pleasant buying experience. I would consider buying from WhiteFlash again in future and shall recommend people. The information you provided along with each stone, and your personal service in evaluating the diamond is very helpful, and gives me the confidence that you put the customer's interest at best.
It's a very pretty stone although it is a tiny but smaller than the 6.29 that I have. I think the way they shine is a little different but I don't think it matters so long they both shine. It would have been nice if diameter of the new stone is 6.29m as one of stone I picked out but you pointed out was not as nice looking.

Hey Traci,
I went and braved the -14 degree weather this morning and went and got it. It is beautiful! I am sure my g/f will love it. It is completely eye clean like you said it would be. It faces up very white in good lighting. It takes on a little yellow appearance in dim lighting like my apartment though. So at first I was disappointed but then I turned on more lights and it was great. I used the idealscope that came with it and that was cool to actually see the arrows in the diamond. I even got it close to the pictures that were online. I tried to take pictures with my camera phone of the ring but it just turned the ring into a sparkly blob lol. I have to find my actual camera so I can take some pictures of it.
Thank you for all of your help with everything. I will definitely be back to buy more jewelry in the future. I am already eying those diamond tennis bracelets. That will be something that I may look at for next Christmas. My g/f will need to get me a wedding band eventually. Do you have any good suggestions on that? I wouldn't want anything too fancy, but not plain either, probably yellow gold or two tone. Maybe some diamonds on it, but that wouldn't be a priority. Probably more like some design with it or something like that if you know what I mean. Let me know and if I see something I like I will pass it on to her.

Hi Vera,
I'm very pleased to report that Kira loves her 3 stone ring. We live 150 miles apart and believe me, after not seeing me or her ring for two weeks, she was more than ready to have the final version on her hand. I think we sat there and admired the ring for almost an hour. Kira said it far exceeded her expectations and that it was the most beautiful setting she's ever seen. My compliments to Leon for mounting the side stones in perfect proportion with the center stone, and of course to you and Allison for going to bat for us and seeing things through.
I'll be talking with James later in the week about a wedding band that compliments the 3 stone setting. Thanks for all of your hard work, Vera. We'll be in touch again soon!

Hello Team Whiteflash! I wanted to follow up with everyone in regards to my ring. I received the response to the matter of the mill grain. I'm fine with the explanation. I'm more than comfortable with the final product. I must reiterate, I do love the ring. I just questioned the lack of that mill grain as missed. If it was an artistic choice to leave something out, fine. I'm no expert in this and I don't pretend to be. You make jewelry and I make music. If you ever want a guitar lesson, I'm the man. But, if I want a pear shaped pave set halo ring I'm coming to Whiteflash.
Tone of an email is hard to gauge. God knows I've sent plenty of emails throughout this process :) I'm happy and ...............she loves the ring! I gave it to her in Chicago just a few days ago. After staring at it on a computer screen for days on end and now seeing it in person, it took a few days to adjust to the scale :)
We couldn't be happier. We appreciate everyone's commitment to great service and quality work. This all started with Katie in August!!! I haven't had much contact with her as things progressed. Thank you Katie! I hope to refer people to you in the future. I wish everyone there Happy Holidays and thanks again!

Hi Traci, Picked the ring up today, looks great thanks & hope to get my girlfriend's view on it sometime over the holidays! With regards to that, is it possible to extend the " warranty period " 'til when we get back from Italy on Saturday 3rd January. So I am in a bit of a predicament if the ring doesn't fit well whilst we are out of the U.S. when I propose? Let me know if that would be a problem?

Hi Jamie, I picked up the earrings last night. They are exceptional! I’m glad I went with quality over size, because they are absolutely brilliant! Thanks again for your help, and please extend my thanks to your staff. I know Christine is going to love them (how could she not??)

Hi Sheerah,
So I picked up the ring on Tues after work... kid you not, it looks spectacular. You did a great job of matching the side stones to the center stone. The setting looks better in person when you're holding it like you said. I hope she will like it as much as we do.
I showed the ring to a colleague of mine who happened to be the matchmaker for my girlfriend & I... she knows a thing or two of high quality jewelry & she was VERY IMPRESSED by the color, brilliance, & overall presentation. So much so that you may be hearing from her in the future. LOL, she'd like me to do some research & look for maybe a princess cut on WhiteFlash for her.
Anyways, everything arrived in order & carefully packed. It was funny as I wasn't expecting a large box, to find a medium box, to then find a bubble pack cradling my precious cargo. Thanks again & here's to whatever happens next week in Kauai. Stay tuned for next week's episode =)
